Every pair of Swelly socks is carefully inspected by our team for finish, fit, and packaging before shipping.

Processing time: 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri)

Why it may take slightly longer:
To optimise our CO₂-conscious shipping, we group orders into scheduled batches. This reduces empty shipments and can lower emissions by up to 30%, sometimes adding up to half a working day to processing time.

2. Shipping Area, Time & Costs

  • Delivery area: UK and US
  • Shipping time: 8–10 business days
  • Shipping cost: Free within UK & US

By bundling shipments on fixed dispatch days, your order travels more sustainably — even if delivery takes a little longer.

3. Tracking & Order Status

Once your order is handed over to our shipping partner, you’ll receive an email with your personal tracking link and estimated delivery date.

No tracking after 2 days?

Marked as delivered but not received?

  • Check with neighbours or local pickup points
  • Contact the carrier
  • Send proof within 7 days to support@swellysocks.com

Missing or damaged item?

  • Report within 7 days of delivery
  • Include order number, description, and photos (product, packaging, packing slip)
  • Email support@swellysock.com

Wrong address or changes?

  • Email within 12 hours of ordering
  • After that, changes are usually not possible

Cancel your order?

  • Cancel within 12 hours via support@swellysocks.com

5. 120-Day “Happy Legs Guarantee”

You have 120 days to try your Swelly socks.

Conditions:

  • Socks must not be excessively worn beyond normal use
  • Submit your request within 120 days of delivery
  • Email support@swellysocks.com with your order details

Your options:

  • Full refund
  • Free exchange for a different size or colour

All requests are handled personally via email — no return portal required.

6. Returns & Exchanges

We offer free exchanges within the Netherlands and Belgium.

How it works:

  • Email support@swellysocks.com with your name, order number, and desired size/colour
  • You’ll receive return instructions and a return label
  • Attach the label to the original packaging and drop it off at the indicated location

Processing:
Within 5 business days after receiving your return, you’ll receive confirmation of your refund or exchange.
