2. 120-Day Happy Legs Guarantee

You have 120 days to truly test your Swelly socks.

Conditions:

  • Socks must not be excessively worn beyond normal daily use
  • You submit your request within 120 days of delivery
  • Email us at support@swellysocks.com with your order number and a short explanation

Options:

  • Full refund of your purchase
  • Free exchange for a different size or colour

3. 120-Day Free Replacement

Not the perfect fit? Not as comfortable as expected?

Within 120 days, you can receive one free replacement pair — without needing to return the original.

Please note:

This applies to one pair per order, even if you purchased a bundle (e.g. 3-pack).

4. Standard Return Policy

Returns can be requested up to 120 days after your order date.

If your return is received within 120 days of delivery, you will receive a full refund.

After 120 days, we offer either:

  • A free exchange
  • Store credit

5. How to Request a Return or Replacement

Email us at support@swellysocks.com with:

  • Your order number
  • The product name (or SKU)
  • The reason for return or replacement

Within 24 hours, you will receive:

  1. A confirmation
  2. Clear instructions for next steps

Return shipping costs:

Covered by the customer, unless:

  • The item is damaged or incorrect
  • The issue is caused by us

6. Processing & Refunds

Inspection: Returns are checked within 5 working days after arrival.

Refunds: Once approved, refunds are processed within 7–10 working days to your original payment method.

Please note that banks may require additional time to complete the transaction.

Exchanges: Replacement pairs are usually shipped within 2 working days — free of charge.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item?

Contact us within 14 days at support@swellysocks.com, and we will arrange a free replacement or full refund.

8. Order Cancellation

Want to cancel your order?

Email us within 12 hours of placing your order at support@swellysocks.com.

After that, your order may already be processed and cannot be stopped.
